This AIP Aims Bring The Otherside To The Small Screen:

Lights. Camera Action! There is an Ape Improvement Proposal on the ballot this week that hopes to create an animated Otherisde show.

AIP-94 titled “A Pilot Episode For Otherside Animated Anthology” is a brand decision proposal that was written by Bored Ape Yacht Club member and DAO contributor Swarm.

“Imagine a “Love, Death & Robots” like anthology, but each episode happens on a random plot of land from the Otherside world,” Swarm wrote. “Each plot of land is like a small parallel universe with its own environment and rules based on its traits. Main characters are from the APE ecosystem. Each season or episode has a different style and genre. For the pilot I am thinking about a horror style with a BAYC character as a charismatic antagonist.”

Swarm believe that an animated series would spur awareness for the entire $Ape ecosystem. “In order to spread awareness about the Ape ecosystem, we must create products aimed at mass consumption,” they wrote.

Swarm went on to write that they believe that creating a pilot episode would take 4 months and cost the DAO $100,000 USD.

Voting for AIP-94 began tonight at 9 P.M. EST and will go until next Wednesday at 9 P.M. EST.
