The Mocaverse Delegation's ApeCoin DAO Voting Power Is Now Up To 6 Million $Ape! Find Out More:

With the ApeCoin DAO’s election season heating up, and as delegations, whales, and communities continue to increase their voting power within the ApeCoin DAO, Animoca Brands announced that it would be increasing the Mocaverse community’s $Ape voting power to 6 million coins!

On Wednesday, the Mocaverse, an Animoca Brands membership NFT collection consisting of 8888 unique collectibles that includes Dreamers, Builders, Angels, Connectors, and Neo-Capitalists, announced that its delegation's voting power would be increasing by 2.5 million votes before the polls for next week’s Metaverse and Marketing and Communications Steward elections open.

“Given recent voting activities and with the goal to create balance, @animocabrands will increase Mocaverse @apecoin delegation from 3.5M $APE to 6M $Ape,” the project tweeted this morning. “Looking forward to building a better Web3 future with you all.”

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, this is the third time that the Mocaverse has upped its voting power at the ApeCoiin DAO in its effort to 1. decentralize Animoca Brands’ Governance rights to Mocaverse holders, 2. Be a significant but non-dominating voice, 3. Foster cross-community collaboration, and 4. Educate, inform & join forces to build a better web 3 future together.

“We continue to further our experiment with decentralizing votes and cross-community collaboration,” the Mocaverse tweeted last month when the project increased its voting power from 1.8 Million $Ape to 3.5 million $Ape. “Opinions may clash at times, but cross-community synergy is also at its peak. There’s never a shortage of controversies in #web3, but controversy sparks dialogue, and dialogue drives changes for the better. Changes that are crucial to advance the space as a whole.”

Following today's announcement, Moca members took to Twitter and celebrated Animoca Brands’ decision to increase the project’s voting power .
