The BAYC Community Council And ApeComms Will Co-Host A Banana Bill Space Tomorrow With Yuga Labs' Head of Brand Partnerships And The Company's Chief Legal Officer

Mutant Monday is set to be bananas tomorrow as the Bored Ape Yacht Club’s Community Council hosts a Twitter Space about the $100 million $Ape ApeChain Banana Bill, currently on the ballot at ApeCoin DAO.

On Monday, BAYC Community Council’s Co-Lead Josh Ong and ApeComms Lost will be ‘breaking banana bread with ApeCoin’ on a Space featuring Yuga Labs’ Head of Brand Partnerships, Won Kim, and the company’s Chief Legal Officer, Cameron Kates, where they will discuss all things Banana!

 

“Attention Apes ,” the Council tweeted earlier this week. “An important ApeCoin proposal that could impact the future of ApeChain development is up for vote now Join us for an important discussion on 𝗔𝗜𝗣-𝟰𝟱𝟰: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗔 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹 Set your reminders.”

 

 As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the 100 Million $Ape Banana Bill  was written by Special Council Member Waabam and co-authored by Special Council Members BoredApeG and Hazel, Ful Moon Labs’ Aepicurean, Horizen Labs’ Blockchainzilla, along with advisors from Yuga Labs (Kim and Kates) and Animoca Brands.

If passed, the Banana Bill would create the Banana Program that would consist of a commercial agreements initiative and a user incentives initiative that would work to bring builders to ApeChain and provide opportunities and perks for $Ape holders. It would also establish an advisory committee that includes two new teams (a Program Facilitator team and Strategic Accounts Manager team) to oversee the program.
