The ApeCoin DAO Needs Your Help Narrowing Down Its Potential Mission Statements

The ApeCoin DAO needs your help narrowing down which proposed mission statements should move forward to an ApeCoin DAO vote!

After the ApeCoin DAO approved Ape Improvement Proposal-256, titled 'ApeCoin DAO Mission Statement,' in June, the author BadTeeth and several ApeCoin DAO contributors have been working hard to create several mission statements that could lead ApeCoin into the future.

After a month of work, the group has created nine different mission statements and is asking the community to help them narrow down the choices before the potential mission statements are put up for a snapshot vote later this month.

This poll will narrow down the 9 mission statement submissions to 8 finalists that will go up for a DAO-wide Snapshot vote later this month.

1.ApeCoin DAO exists to distribute $APE – empowering our community to build and participate in the future of the greater metaverse, today.

2.ApeCoin will be the token that powers the future of web3. We support community-led initiatives in art, gaming, entertainment, and events that advance and innovate technologies and experiences.

3.Apecoin DAO is a place to foster community ideas and expanding the culture of $ape. A haven for builders, artist and all every holders who share the vision of $ape as the currency of metaverse which we all are building together.

4.To empower the growth and development of the APE ecosystem & Web3 culture in a fair and inclusive way.

5. To expand ApeCoin utility and bring web3 culture to life by connecting and empowering creators and communities, one grant at a time.

6. To connect and empower creators and communities who bring web3 culture to life in both the real world and the metaverse.

7. At ApeCoin DAO, our mission is to revolutionize the digital landscape by harnessing the strength of our globally united community. We are a decentralized autonomous organization, committed to empowering the APE ecosystem and fostering innovation within the metaverse and gaming economies.

8. To propel the widespread adoption of ApeCoin by empowering the community through creative exploration in the Metaverse and IRL through transparent funding, innovative initiatives and inclusivity to create an equitable, sustainable decentralized organization that withstands the test of time.

9.ApeCoin’s mission is to become the coin of metaverse culture and blockchain gaming.

As Apes vote for their preferred mission statement, remember “A good mission statement should clearly define the purpose and goals of an organization, providing a sense of direction and helping to unify the members of the organization around a common set of objectives,” BadTeeth previously said. “Together we will finalize a mission statement that will serve as a NorthStar for the DAO. AIP-256 empowers the DAO to vote on a final mission statement from 8 different community submitted and selected options.”
