The three types of HQs are Ape House Club, Oath HQ, and Hounds HQ which are determined by which NFT is used to claim the Serum City pass.

Buildings have different functions with higher-tier buildings unlocking special mechanics such as specialized goods for higher tiered missions. Discover different crafting recipes and item combinations to create powerful jewelry, weapons and armor specific to the type of HQ. Being the first to discover recipes will inscribe a player’s name in the City’s Archives.

Game Play

 

Start off at the Smugglers Den where players import raw materials for higher level creations. Soul Gems can be used to speed up the smuggling of goods.

Complete daily tasks and campaigns by crafting items to be awarded doubloons, soul gems, XP (experience points), and AP (action points).Grow the city population by building homes and providing lodging to welcome new mutant citizens and hounds. Keep residents of Serum City happy by making it simple for them to commute to work by designing an efficient city and clearing up traffic jams.

 

To reach the top and expand territory, players have to battle and defend against rival gangs and bosses through the Turf Wars gameplay. Players are only able to challenge other gangs and bosses once item requirements are met.

 

Cigarettes will be needed to initiate attacks and as well as hire security to defend turf from enemies.

 

Mutant Hounds

Equip mutant hounds to factories and crafting buildings to passively increase the production of goods. Each hound will increase production by 10% and hounds can be stacked.

 

Rewards

There are many types of rewards to collect once important tasks and crafting is completed. The best rewards can be acquired through the Ape Railway and Pirate Radio Station mini campaigns. Here players can get higher rates of XP, Energy, and Doubloon (currency of Serum City).

Serum City Season 2 has a prize pool of $100,000 USD, and players can also earn Serum points in the game that will eventually transform into $Serum tokens at the Serum DAO.
