As Apes get ready to potentially game their way into the Guinness Book of World Records tonight, the Bored Ape Yacht Club’s resident seamster is making sure his frens look record-ready with an all-new gaming edit!
Things are anything but boring around the Swamp this evening as Apes prepare to break on through to the Otherside—not just alongside their frens from across the Yugaverse, but with players from Web3 and beyond—all in hopes of setting the world record for the most players in an online shooter.
As the community gets ready to ape into Otherside for this potentially historic event, the Made By Apes business Bored Closet is making sure Apes and Mutants are locked in and loaded with a new remote-control Ape edit on its platform!
“We are ready for Project Dragon,” Bored Closet tweeted. “Who's gonna be there to break the Guinness World Record? Grab your controller now, show it to us in the comment. Available now for BAYC/MAYC on our website(link in bio)”
“I am locked tf in,” Bored Closet Founder Allo tweeted. “Ready to break the Guinness World Record for most players in an FPS battle on @OthersideMeta Grab a controller for your bayc/mayc on @BoredCloset.”
Take a look at all the games who are ready to game:

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Yuga Labs will need at least 1,531 players to ape into the Swamp tonight to break the world record for the most players in an online shooter.
Everyone—regardless of what NFT they do or do not hold—is invited to sign up and play. For more information, check out Yuga Labs’ Otherside website here: https://launch.otherside.xyz
The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to provide wartime coverage from Project Dragon tonight and will let you know if the community smashes the world record. Stay tuned for updates!
