READY, SET, $APE: Intraverse Just Dropped A New Look At Its Mario Kart-Style Racing Game Headed to ApeChain!

ApeChain, take your mark. 

A new ThankApe-funded, Mario Kart-style game filled with Bored Ape Yacht Club vibes and ApeChain characters is about to skirt skirt onto $Ape, and now’s your chance to get on the whitelist and possibly get your collection behind the wheel!

Web3 gaming company Intraverse put the pedal to the metal on the first day of Aperil, giving Apes and $Apes a first look at their upcoming ApeChain Grand Prix game.

“Track is hot. Apes are wild. Speed is maxed,” Intraverse tweeted along with a 30 second sizzle reel. “Secure your Formula APE WL or get lapped.”

 

 

“The ApeChain Grand Prix is the most degen kart racing tournament in Web3, bringing high-speed and a community-based competition to the ApeChain ecosystem,” Intraverse told the Gazette.  “It was born from a grant we received from ThankApe to build on ApeChain. The tournament is free to play, so everyone can join. We’re recruiting +30 Web3 Communities that will be represented in game by a unique 3D avatar that people can select to play farming points for that team.”

 

While we don’t yet know when the game will officially launch on ApeChain, Intraverse did tease that they are already planning two NFT collections, an ApeX Pass free mint, and limited-edition NFT-themed Karts. They’re also looking for more frens from across the $Ape ecosystem to ride with them!

 

"Right now, Web3 communities aiming to join - including Guilds, NFT Projects, memecoins coming from any chain - should sign-up our form (https://forms.gle/XkJyBaor8fH57T3p9…) to secure a spot for their team,” Intraverse said. “Minting will start at the end of the month, and the tournament kicks off right after!”
