ON THE BALLOT: This Pokemon Go Style Game's AIP Hopes To Reward Users With $Ape
There is an Ape Improvement Proposal on that ballot this week that aims to expose thousands of new people to $Ape through its “Pokémon Go for NFTs” style platform.
AIP-105 titled “ApeCoin Drops in the Real World” is an ecosystem allocation fund proposal written by the company Dropverse.
Dropverse is an app that “transforms the world into a digital playground, allowing you to navigate the world to find collectibles, complete challenges, and earn rewards,” according to the company’s website.
In their proposal, Dropverse asked the ApeCoin DAO to allocate 500 $Ape per month for one year (6,000 $Ape total) to its app so the company can distribute the tokens as a reward to its users.
“Distributing ApeCoin via the Dropverse platform will bring new holders into the ecosystem, educate new audiences about the benefits of ApeCoin, and help incentivize behaviors beneficial to the broader ApeCoin Community,” Dropverse wrote in its proposal.
Dropverse’s “Pokémon Go for NFTs” style platform can be found in the Apple App store. $Ape holders can find out more about the site and get the link to its' app here: https://www.dropverse.com
The window to vote on AIP-105 opens tonight at 9 P.M. EST. $Ape holders will have until January 11th at 9 P.M. EST to cast their ballots.
