LACED UP& SOLD OUT: BAYC Members Freshest Kicks NFT Collection Minted Out In Seconds!

ApeChain doesn’t joke around when it comes to shoes. On April Fool’s Day, longtime Bored Ape Yacht Club member Freshest Kicks’ NFT collection, dubbed FreshKix, minted out in less than 30 seconds!

History was made on $Ape Tuesday as all 1,111 pairs in the FreshKix collection sold out in seconds, feeling more like a hyped Nike sneaker drop than a typical NFT mint.

“SOLD OUT in 28 seconds,” Freshest Kicks tweeted. “No joke!!!! Thankyou everyone! We are in total shock.”

 

Since the 33 $Ape mint, the unrevealed shoes have tiptoed their way up to a 130 $Ape floor price, with the collection currently having  526 unique holders, according to Magic Eden.

“We have been in the space doing shoes for awhile and it was so cool to see some of our OG’s come over to Apechain to show support,” Freshest Kicks told the Gazette. “Really the friendships and connections to us in the space is most important to us and we want to give back by doing quality stuff and bring something cool Apechain. We’re thankful to be here, and we’re not going away!”
