INTO THE $CHAOS: BAYC Member Guccheetah Aims To Bring Memecoins To The Metaverse With His $CHAOS Coin!

Updated: 14 hours ago

The first week on ApeChain has been pure chaos, with thousands of new coins and NFTs springing up across the swamp. Amid the noise, Bored Ape Yacht Club member and House OG founder Guccheetah stepped up, channeling the $Apes' energy toward a single, ambitious goal: securing a Chaos Otherdeed using his newly launched $CHAOS coin.

Riding the high of ApeFest 2024, which culminated in ApeChain’s launch last week, Guccheetah decided to harness the insane energy and vibe to create a memecoin.

“ApeChain’s launch inspired me to create a meme coin grounded in Yuga’s ethos but broad enough to resonate across the space,” Guccheetah explained. “While other coins feature iconic characters like Curtis and Blue, I was drawn to something more mysterious and uncharted. The Chaos Otherdeed—a rare and highly speculated Yuga asset—came to mind, providing a perfect foundation for $CHAOS as a character with depth, strength, and intrigue. $CHAOS was born to capture liquidity and attention, with the potential to stand among the top coins in the space. It feels written in the stars.”

Once Guccheetah launched $CHAOS, a community quickly formed around it, setting up a treasury wallet to purchase a Chaos Otherdeed if the coin's market cap hits $10 million USD. '"The vision is to bring the memeverse to the Otherside—a space where all ApeChain memes can come alive in their own cultural style," he added.

At the time of this article’s publication, $CHAOS has a market cap of $138,000 USD, making it the 14th largest coin on ApeChain, according to Ape Express.

As the chaos on ApeChain intensifies, Guccheetah told the Gazette that he hopes to see more $Apes and Apes aping into $CHAOS, hinting that there is indeed a method to his mayhem.

“First, I want to emphasize that $CHAOS was spontaneously born out of fun and the ease of launching a meme coin on http://Ape.Express—lol! But my idea of fun isn’t static; it’s all about creativity, storytelling, and depth.” He said. “People should ape in if they’re intrigued by the concept of $CHAOS and its potential as a meme, along with the creative ideas we’ll continue to develop for this unique character. Maybe you’re just looking for a different kind of memecoin to add to your collection. But at the end of the day, let’s be real—what meme could ever stand a chance in a battle against the Black Hole know as $CHAOS?!

The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow Guccheetah’s $CHAOS and spotlight other Ape Express memecoins. Stay tuned for updates!
