GRAFF JAM!: BAYC Members Left A Mark On Lisbon during The First ApeFest Side Event Today!

Bored Ape Yacht Club members painted the town aquamarine blue during the first ApeFest 2024 side event!

On Wednesday, BAYC members from around the world met up in Lisbon to make their mark on the City of Seven Hills, spray painting and tagging a park during BlueEyedQueen and Pauser’s Ape Graff Jam event.

 

 

“We couldn’t be more excited to have hosted the very first Ape Graff Jam here in Lisbon today,” BlueEyedQueen told the Gazette. “What started as a simple idea in our group chats a few months ago has grown into something truly special. Artists from around the world have come together—coordinating through messages and sharing ideas virtually—to make this vision a reality. It’s been incredible to see how this collaboration has turned into a two-layer, two-story wall filled with unique styles, each reflecting the passion and creativity of everyone involved.”

Artists like BlueEyedQueen, Pauser, AllCityBAYC, FreshestKicks, NissLA, Dian, and more spray painted a large section of the wall, but due to the weather, there's still more to do to make it perfectly Bored!

“The journey isn’t over yet,” BlueEyedQueen said. “We’ll be returning tomorrow morning at 10 AM to continue working on the wall, and we’d love for people to come out, join us, and see the art come to life in real time. We’ll also be taking interviews with the artists and doing a bit of cleanup to leave the area looking as fresh as our artwork.”
