"DELEGATE THIS": The ApeCoin DAO's Governance Working Group Is Launching A New Twitter Space Series To Connect AIP Authors With Delegations Before Proposal Votes

The Governance Working Group is launching a new Twitter Spaces initiative aimed at connecting Ape Improvement Proposal authors with delegations before their ideas go up for a vote. The goal is to spark conversations and potentially increase the odds of proposals passing!

In an effort to make the AIP process less daunting and reduce the guesswork around how delegations will vote, the ApeCoin DAO’s Governance Working Group is introducing the “Delegate This” Twitter Space series, hosted by Aaron Haber and Ernest Lee.

“The #ApeCoinDAO thrives when AIP authors and delegations can work together — so with our new Twitter Spaces we’re creating an environment where ideas are shared, feedback is given, and proposals can be refined to ensure they have the best chance of success," the Governance Working Group tweeted. "Our goals with the initiative? Creating a more streamlined AIP process w/stronger input from delegations and a higher success rate for proposals that align w/the goals of #ApeCoinDAO — while making the community's $APE work smarter to build a stronger ecosystem TOGETHER.”

To encourage AIP authors, delegations, and $Ape holders to participate in these “Delegate This” conversations, the Governance Working Group will reward 50 $Ape to authors who attend, 250 $Ape to delegations who attend, and will also give away 50 $Ape to the audience at each space.
