Calling all builders across the $Ape ecosystem, ThankApe is ‘building for the future’ and wants to possibly fund your idea!
ThankApe, an ApeCoin DAO sponsored project that aims to reward active contributors in the ApeCoin ecosystem, has teamed up with Nouns PropHouse to put on five builders contests and distribute 50,000 $Ape!
"Why we're doing this,” ThankApe tweeted earlier this month. “1. We believe in the power of #ApeCoinBuilders to imagine into and build the future of web3. 2. We want to recognize our builders for excellent work across categories! 3. We need passionate builders to help create a thriving ApeCoin DAO ecosystem!”
$Ape 'Designers, Developers, Influencers, Futurist, and Goverance Geeks' are all invited to submit their ideas and projects to ThankApe’s five Prophouse contests here: https://prop.house/thank-ape
The window to enter any of ThankApe’s PropHouse contests closes on August 23rd at 11:59 P.M. EST.
After that, the community will vote for their preferred ideas and the winners will be announced on August 31st.
Builders who win ThankApe's Prophouse are expected to deliver on their ideas by September 30th for non technical ideas or October 31st for Developers in order to receive their prizes, according to ThankApe.

1.ApeCoin Developers: Build the Future of ApeCoin
“Help build a thriving developer ecosystem for ApeCoin! Share your plans to build a technical (code-based) project that creates value for ApeCoin DAO. Perhaps it’s a new website, virtual community space, mobile app, ApeCoin game, ApeCoin payment solutions, new DeFi protocol, or other. If your project wins, we’ll reward you for building it.”
The ten most vote getting ideas will receive 2,007 $Ape each.
2. ApeCoin Influencers: Spreading ApeCoin Worldwide
“Spread the word about ApeCoin to a diverse web3 audience - and onboard new members into our community! Outline your plans to elevate, honor, and grow our ApeCoin community - and share us in a positive light. Perhaps it’s a thread deep-dive series, a Spaces series, an IRL talk at a major conference, a viral slogan, a new ApeCoin partnership, or other. Share your idea here. If your idea wins, we’ll reward you for bringing it to life. Include specific deliverables to be reached by September 30th. On September 30th, 2023, we will check your delivered initiative against stated deliverables and unlock your APE reward to claim!”
The five most vote getting ideas will receive 2,007 $Ape each.
3. Governance: Making ApeCoin Antifragile
“Help ApeCoin DAO become more efficient & inclusive! Share your plans to: A) Streamline voting and proposal processes, possibly implementing different tiers of decisions that require varying levels of consensus. B) Encourage broader participation through educational resources, lowering barriers to entry, and creating incentives for active engagement. C) Implement any other Governance-related initiatives which will improve the DAO over time. If your idea wins, we’ll reward you for bringing it to life. Include specific deliverables to be reached by September 30th. On September 30th, 2023, we will check your delivered initiative against stated deliverables and unlock your APE reward to claim!”

4. ApeCoin Designers: Design the Future of ApeCoin
“Make art, designs, or media that stirs the imagination of the ApeCoin community, inspires developers, and creates real value. Create or outline your plans to create a project honoring and elevating ApeCoin. Perhaps it’s art, a YouTube video, an animation, a VR filter, a song, a new ApeCoin logo or mascot design, or other. Share your idea here - we are seeking ideas that can create tangible, lasting value for ApeCoin DAO. If your idea wins, we’ll reward you for bringing it to life. Include specific deliverables to be reached by September 30th. On September 30th, 2023, we will check your delivered project against stated deliverables and unlock your APE reward to claim!”
The 25 most vote getting ideas will receive 269 $Ape each
ApeCoin Futurists: Ape In to the Future
“Share your creativity and passion about the ApeCoin ecosystem with the world! Propose any initiative you believe will help our ApeCoin community lead the future of web3. It might be an IRL event, ApeCoin-inspired merchandise, a jaw-dropping animated manifesto, collaborations and crossovers with other prominent web3 communities, off-the-wall inventions, or anything else. If your idea wins, we’ll reward you for bringing it to life. Include specific deliverables to be reached by September 30th.
