Bored Ape Yacht Club Merchandise Gets Delivered: My Thoughts On The T- Shirt

Shirts and hats from the first ever Bored Ape Yacht Club merchandise drop are already being delivered.

Pictures and post of apes with their official BAYC merch began popping up on Twitter Thursday evening.

This reporter personally received his t-shirt today, and it has exceeded my expectations.

The first thing that stuck out to me was just how quickly the shirt arrived. I was expecting it to take weeks , but it was here in 5 days. The fact that the BAYC had this fast a turn around on Memorial day weekend is great!

The next thing that stuck out to me was the weight of the shirt. These shirts are heavier than most shirts and feel like they’re good quality and can handle the rigors of being regularly worn to the Bored Ape Yacht Club

For their next drop, I hope the Bored Ape Yacht Club adds either a printed or hanging Bored Ape Yacht Club tag. As someone who resells vintage band t shirts, I love a good hanging tag!

Overall the shirts are boring in all the right ways. These shirts are made for bored apes and can easily be worn at the beach or to a black tie soiree. I look forward to wearing it everywhere and anywhere I can.
