AllCityBAYC And The ApeCoin DAO's Gov Working Group Has Hit The Ground Running Post-Election

The ApeCoin DAO's Governance Working Group Stewards have hit the ground running and are looking ahead to the future of the $Ape ecosystem.

Things have been anything but boring recently for Governance Working Group Steward AllCityBAYC. Just four days after the Apecoin community cast 6.9 million $Ape votes for him, this ambitious $Ape is still on his election cycle sleep schedule and is laying the groundwork for his term in office.

“The first couple of days have been really exciting,” AllCity told the Gazette. “During the elections my sleep schedule shifted so that I could spread my attention around different parts of the world at different times, and my internal clock became programmed for no more than about six hours of sleep, which I assumed would reset — but I am so in my element that my pace hasn’t changed at all. Also, given that I already had such a strong grasp on the DAO leading up to this, I’ve been able to really hit the ground running headed in directions I know best."

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, AllCityBAYC and TigerIsFine were elected on June 28th to join Amplify on the DAO’s first ever Governance Working Group.

These three Governance Working Group Stewards will be responsible for managing their Working Group Multisig, operational tasks, maintaining documents, organizing and approving initiatives, communicating with the Ape Foundation and DAO Secretary, approving budgets, executing their Working Group Charters, among other things, according to the DAO.

Looking ahead, AllCityBAYC told the Gazette that he TigerIsFine and Amplify know that the community is expecting a lot from them and that he hopes they can deliver in a big way!

"But as for what’s ahead, man, so much,” AllCity said “We really haven’t even scratched the surface yet, but what I can say is that the Governance team is not only aiming for function moving forward, we understand that for the community to get on our side and more involved we need proper form as well, so we’re planning for some big surprises along the way."
