Love and airdrops are in the air this February as the Ape Accelerator and Wise Monkey teams get ready to take snapshots and airdrop tokens to several communities, including $MONKY holders and OG Dookey Dashers who spent $APE on power-ups way back in 2023!
Metas may change, but airdrop season remains. On Monday, Ape Accelerator program founder Harry Liu took to the timeline to update the community on another airdrop for his frens around the swamp and the $APE ecosystem. If $Apes and Apes held their $MONKY airdrops from December 2024 or competed in the original Dookey Dash game in 2023 and bought power-ups using $APE, they’ll be getting an airdrop soon!
“Catton AI Snapshot and Distribution Time For $MONKY, $FLOKI and $APE Spender at Dookey is Out,” Liu tweeted. “Despite market turbulence, the Catton AI team shows no signs of delay and is sticking to the original launch date of February 6th.”
Liu went on to share that the snapshot for Dookey Dash $APE spenders has already been taken, and a $MONKY token holder snapshot will be taken on February 16th. From there, $MONKY holders will receive their tokens on February 20th, and Dookey Dashers will get theirs on February 25th.
In total, $MONKY holders are set to receive 37% of the total Catton Coin supply, while Dookey Dashers who spent $APE on powerups back in 2023 will receive 1%, according to the project’s tokenomics.
For those unfamiliar, Catton is a leader in the Telegram and Web3 gaming space, bringing AI-powered gaming to Binance’s BNB Chain through its $CATTON Coin.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, this Catton airdrop was first announced on January 3rd and came about thanks to the work of the ApeCoin DAO-funded Ape Accelerator program.
