Things are anything but boring around the swamp this evening as Bored Ape Yacht Club members and NFT holders from across Web3 are diving into Abstract’s Discord to secure their “Elite Chad” role before tomorrow night’s deadline —rumored to lead to a token claim or airdrop!

 

“People who have been bullish on Abstract from day 1 watching all of CT try to get an Elite role,” Abstract tweeted along with a photo of a stock trading Pudgy Penguin. “

 

 Once inside the Discord, Apes and other NFT holders must check out the "community-news" channel and follow the steps to get their Elite Chad Role.

At the time of publication, some Apes and other NFT holders are experiencing difficulties claiming their Elite Chad roles. However, the Abstract team has assured users that they are working to fix this.

“The @AbstractChain discord is currently overwhelmed by the volume of people wanting to claim their Elite Chad roles,” they wrote. “Our team is manually processing NFT verifications in order to get as many done as possible before the cutoff. If you hold an NFT or token from one of our announced ecosystem partners, please submit a ticket in the Abstract discord and our team will process it as soon as possible.”

 

 

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the Abstract team first invited BAYC and MAYC Members to become Elite Chads in November.

For those unfamiliar, Abstract is a layer-2 blockchain focused on addressing consumer crypto issues, created in collaboration with Pudgy Penguins owner Luca Netz.
