Yuga Labs’ 0xQuit announced that he is ape-ing into the Vice President of Blockchain role at Yuga Labs, sharing that he wants tomake ApeChain the home of "consumer crypto so easy, even an ape can use it."

Monkey business got some bullish news on Wednesday when 0xQuit revealed his new role as Vice President of Blockchain at Yuga Labs and outlined his vision for ApeChain.

 

“We're putting all of our chips on the table,” he wrote in a five part thread. “My ApeChain vision is simple: an environment that's excessively developer and creator friendly. Where trying weird shit is encouraged, and all of the tools to make your weird shit are right at your fingertips. A version of consumer crypto so easy, even an ape can use it. A place where artists, collectors, degens, defi enthusiasts, and normies alike can all feel at home. Somewhere where NFTs can be fun again, and that special sense of community from 2021 has room to blossom. We'll be trying a bunch of outrageous ideas. It won't be easy, but some things are going to surprise and delight, and that's the goal. And most importantly, all of the tools we use to build will be available to anybody else building on ApeChain.”

 

“putting together a dream team bit by bit,” Yuga Labs CEO Garga tweeted after 0xQuit announced his new role. “Come build with us on ApeChain.”

As 0xQuit apes into this new position, notable figures from around the swamp congratulated him and shared  how ape-ish this is for ApeChain.
